- Vintage: Above average temperatures early in the season provided an excellent fruit set. HIgh rainfall in February posed some risks, however harvest conditions proved ideal with fully ripe fruit, balanced acids and great fruit characteristics.

Winemaking: Grapes were crushed and destemmed, later the must was warmed up to 28°, innoculated with selected yeast and then alcoholic fermentation was completed after 10 days. After completion , wine was drained into stainless tank a fraction (33%) into barrels.
After 20 months, the wine was blended, stabilized, filtered and prepared for bottling. - Seal: Screw Cap

- Aroma: Intense ripe berry fruit with a hint of chocolate mint
- Palate: Full flavoured with soft lingering tannins
