- Region: Southern Highlands NSW, Australia
- Variety: Pinot Noir
- Vineyard: Diamond Creek Estate - Single Estate Grown
- Harvest: 24 March 2010 - Hand Picked
- Vintage: A very good vintage. Very hot early to mid season, high rainfall late in the season posed some risks but allowed the grapes to deliver an excellent, clean crop at harvest. Yields were above average and quality maintained with a good balance and fully ripe fruit.
- Analysis: Alcohol 12.7 % - pH 3.65 - Preservatives 220
- Winemaking: Grapes were crushed and destemmed. Cold maceration and gentle cap management during fermentation were engaged to guard the eclectic aromas of the variety. After 14 days the wine was drained with barrels %0% French, 25% American and 25% Hungarian for 20 months. The wine was blended, stabilised, filtered and prepared for bottling.
- Seal: Screw Cap
- Colour: Deep Red Ruby
- Aroma: Ripe Cherry with a hint of forrest floor
- Palate: Full bodied with full flavours and soft lingering tannins which give a velvety smooth finish.
- Suggested Cuisine: Poultry, white meats and summer Thai dishes.
