This has provided a smooth, soft and persistent finish. Well suited to gamey meat dishes

The 2007 Sauvignon Blanc is mid yellow in colour. Bright lifted tropical fruit dominate the aromas of passionfruit, fruit salad and pear with some grassy notes. Quite full flavoured, fresh and light with moderate balance, length and acidity. Finishes crisp and lean. Excellent with all seafood, white meats and spicy dishes.
